03Will I lose my products, customers or order history?+
The migration is designed to preserve accessible store records. Before quoting, we review the catalog, exports and app dependencies. Some information—particularly app-held data, passwords, payment credentials or provider-specific tokens—cannot be transferred directly and may require a replacement workflow.
04Will moving from Shopify hurt my Google rankings?+
Any platform migration carries SEO risk. We reduce it by inventorying existing URLs, preserving structures where practical, mapping 301 redirects, migrating metadata and content, checking internal links and monitoring the site after launch. No agency can honestly guarantee that search rankings will never fluctuate.
05Can my existing Shopify design be recreated on WooCommerce?+
Key layouts and brand styles can usually be recreated, but Shopify themes cannot simply be installed on WordPress. We rebuild the required storefront experience using a WooCommerce-compatible implementation and identify any functionality that needs to change.
06Can WooCommerce process vape payments?+
WooCommerce can connect to payment providers that work with approved high-risk or age-restricted merchants. Approval is determined by the provider after underwriting. We can help integrate an approved gateway, but we cannot guarantee merchant approval or card-network availability.
07Can you add age verification and shipping restrictions?+
We can implement approved age-verification services and configure shipping or checkout rules based on the merchant’s documented requirements and provider capabilities. The merchant and its legal advisers remain responsible for determining the applicable rules.
08How long does a Shopify-to-WooCommerce vape migration take?+
It depends on catalog size, order volume, subscriptions, app-held data, custom design, integrations and payment readiness. Simple stores may move in days; complex stores take longer. We provide a fixed timeline after the initial assessment.
09Can you migrate subscriptions, reviews and loyalty points?+
Often, but these records usually live inside third-party apps. We first confirm whether the current provider supports export or API access and whether a compatible WooCommerce destination exists. The proposal states exactly what can be transferred, transformed or recreated.
10Will my current store remain live during the migration?+
Where Shopify access remains available, we build the WooCommerce store separately in a staging environment. The existing storefront is not replaced until launch checks are complete and the cutover is approved.
11Who owns the new WooCommerce store?+
You do. The hosting, domain, WooCommerce installation and primary administrator account should be created in your name. Good Measure receives only the access required to complete and support the work.
12What does the migration cost?+

13Do you provide legal or compliance advice?+
